I started bringing my car to this body shop and had a couple of repairs that went fine at first, but my experience quickly went downhill when I tried to use my warranty. My warranty company wanted to send the part directly to the shop for them to install, but the shop refused to accept it. Instead, they insisted on buying the part themselves and charged me the full dealer price, even though it was clear they bought it elsewhere at a lower cost. When I questioned this, they admitted that they “had to make money off the part,” which didn’t sit right with me — especially since they wouldn’t provide a receipt for where they purchased it. I also felt pressured because they said I’d be charged to take my car out if I didn’t agree, leaving me with no real choice at the time. Overall, I found their process unclear, not transparent, and not customer-friendly. I normally like to support small businesses, but I personally would not recommend this shop based on my experience. It didn’t feel like they had my best interest in mind, and I’d advise anyone considering repairs here to ask detailed questions upfront and make sure everything is clearly written before agreeing to the work.
