I don't think I have ever encountered a garage as customer oriented as B&C! The first time I went to them, they actually turned me away saying "you don't need that" and explaining why! Needless to say, I was pleased to take my car in for an oil change, after which I was told that there was a little leak in something or other but that they would keep an eye on it. Some weeks later I got a phone call asking if everything was fine. I'll be getting another phone call when my next oil change is due, PLUS an email! I feel like they're taking care of me like the brothers I don't have. I'm so glad I found them!
