As with the initial time I brought our Honda Odyssey in (this past December), the crew at B&C made everything easy, comfortable, and understandable. Their down-to-earth personalities send a vibe that makes you feel like it's not all about business. (Although I realize it IS, and a profit is what allows a business to survive and thrive.) I can't think of a another place where I would not get UPSET at needing to have my vehicle repaired !! Their hearts and attitudes make it personal, instead of just 'professional.' (Not saying that professionalism is not extremely important, as well !! ) Anyway ..... I WILL BE BACK. B&C has got me !! I live nearly 8 miles away .... there are closer repair shops ~~ But the employees there make it worth a few extra miles. THEY certainly "go the extra mile" in taking care of their customers. : )
