As with the initial time I brought our Honda Odyssey in (this past December), the crew at B&C made everything easy, comfortable, and understandable. Their down-to-earth personalities send a vibe that makes you feel like it's not all about business. (Although I realize it IS, and a profit is what allows a business to survive and thrive.) I can't think of a another place where I would not get UPSET at needing to have my vehicle repaired !! Their hearts and attitudes make it personal, instead of just 'professional.' (Not saying that professionalism is not extremely important, as well !! ) Anyway ..... I WILL BE BACK. B&C has got me !! I live nearly 8 miles away .... there are closer repair shops ~~ But the employees there make it worth a few extra miles. THEY certainly "go the extra mile" in taking care of their customers. : )

Great, prompt service. Very accommodating of my schedule, and went the extra mile to find lower cost 1st quality parts to save some money. Thanks, definitely will be back here.

I have always received great service on my vehicles at B&C Auto Center. I have been going here for years. Recently I took my truck to another shop near my work for a quick oil change. They told me that I needed new front brakes soon. When I was due for my next oil change I took it to B&C to have them do the oil change and front brakes. They informed me that I did not need new brakes, the other shop was trying to sell me services that were not necessary. I have always felt I could trust B&C, I highly recommend them to anybody.

Excellent service at B&C. Steve and the guys are fast, honest and take great care of my car. I had been taking my car for services at the dealership, but became more and more disappointed with the high prices and lack of a personal touch. I would definitely recommend B&C.

I don't think I have ever encountered a garage as customer oriented as B&C! The first time I went to them, they actually turned me away saying "you don't need that" and explaining why! Needless to say, I was pleased to take my car in for an oil change, after which I was told that there was a little leak in something or other but that they would keep an eye on it. Some weeks later I got a phone call asking if everything was fine. I'll be getting another phone call when my next oil change is due, PLUS an email! I feel like they're taking care of me like the brothers I don't have. I'm so glad I found them!

B&C Auto Center was thorough & personable. I appreciate that troubleshooting car problems isn't always easy. They did a great job and provided options for fixing multiple problems. They're good people. I highly recommend them!
