As usual, you came to our rescue! Last week we had not one, but 2 issues to deal with, and you guys were super. Wish we could say the same thing about the Ford dealer. They could not find anything wrong, and charged us $202 for diagnostic tests. Thanks for trying to save us money by checking with Ford regarding our warranty. We will see if it happens again. Also great, speedy service on the battery replacement for the Fusion. That is why we have come to you for over 20 years!

We've been taking our cars to B&C for years. These guys know their stuff and are straight-shooters. There customer service is first rate and they keep our cars humming along.... I highly recommend the team at B&C.

Thanks to B&C Auto Center for doing a great job replacing my car battery for me on Saturday. They had to send out to the dealership to pick one up for me but came back and installed it in record time and did not even charge me for the time it took to go pick up the part. The staff are always very pleasant and helpful.
