Work was done well as we've come to expect!! You've spoiled us over the years!! Appreciated getting all the work done while I waited and especially appreciated Steve T. going the extra mile to teach me how to set up or control all the bells and whistles in our "new to us" car!!

I always think the work is excellent. I wish time quotes were more accurate. I was qouted an 1 1/2. Delivered the car at 7:30 am and didn't get called til 2:30 for an oil change. While I did get a loaner the milage is limited and I couldn't do the things I had planned for that day. My coupon also stated if I made an appt online I would get a five $ starbucks card. Could not make appt online, there isn't a place to do that on site. Sent a contact request. Told someone there and still didn't get card or an explanation. Don't really care about the card but I do care that no one followed up on that.

They looked at everything and determined, it to be a normal wear and tear item, not a safety issue. They also changed transmission fluid, and brake fluids, after checking with me.Haven't visited in several years, Still impressed with the team at B & C Good Job guysErv Bretz

I took our 2005 GMC Yukon for service (transmission flush). The service was excellent. This is the second time we have taken our vehicles for service. If you need automotive work done, I recommend you visit them.

Our poor Toyota Camry was neglected, and we had several things that needed attention. B&C was flexible and helped us budget out the most critical items (e.g., brakes). We particularly appreciated the loaner car as well as paperwork that explained their recommendations (work that still needs to be done). We can now create a plan for the remaining repairs.

It's all good! Great service for oil change and inspection and they even called a ding removal service for me...which was great too..and reasonable.

Thee B&C auto group and team has phenomenal service. Any questions , concerns, or problems they easily handled with their professional staff. I would recommend family, friends, and strangers to this shop without a question. Reasonable and honest was my experience with them.
