Oil change, odometer, tripometer repair and the usual complete inspection which detected the need for new front brakes. All work was completed quickly and I was given the use of a loaner car at no charge. I always feel relieved to have B & C mechanics on the lookout for problems, leaks, cracked hoses and possible future issues. B & C Rocks!

The part that made my sun visor stay in place broke. Steve ordered the part and I was able to drop in on Saturday morning and within minutes my visor was fixed. Thanks for making it so easy!

I had B&C perform a diagnostic for my check engine light, complete the necessary repairs and conduct a smog check. Very well, overall. I went in knowing the reason for the check engine light (EGR valve), and B & C did not recommend any additional or extra repairs. They did offer to perform my smog check, which I had originally decided to have done elsewhere, but since I had a favorable impression of the professionalism and courtesy of the staff, I decided to have B&C do the smog as well.

I got all the parts ready to fix the water pump in my daughter's Jeep. Then I found that the fan was frozen to the pump. Without the right tools to move on I brought it to B&C with a new pump in a box. Usually garages complain about bringing in your own parts but not at B&C. They took it right in and turned it around using my parts faster than I ever could. Thanks again guys.

I found B&C Auto Center very welcoming and friendly. Their service was fantastic! I got an "overall" check on my car with a phone call to confirm what "big item" work was to be done. Some services didn't need to be done at this point and I appreciate their honesty about that. Prices were fair, but next time, I'll change my own oil (about $60 and I can do it for $20 myself). They went above and beyond when I brought a second vehicle in that appeared to have a dying battery or a faulty starter. I will certainly keep their number handy for future services! Their location is a little tucked away in the back of the street they are on, so don't give up if you find yourself a little lost. There is a sign on Almaden Road amongst several others, so just be on the lookout.
