I have been bringing my car to B&C Auto for many years and have always been extremely satisfied with the service they provide. They not only provide excellent services on my auto, they are honest and are one of the most "service" oriented companies I have ever dealt with. They are concerend for their customers. They put a lot of effort into communications with their customers via surveys, coupons, emails, specials, etc. Great Job. Great Team!

B&C was very helpful. I was on a time crunch and they got me in and out in a timely manner. When I stated that I would wait for my car, they offered to drive me to Starbucks so that I could wait in a more comfortable environment. I got the opposite estimate $0 vs. $3800 min. from you from an European Motors, they found nothing wrong, whereas you found things to be seriously wrong. Why the difference?

After taking my car to get checked out for a trip, they found motor mount broken and called warranty company to authorize repairs and even had a loaner vehicle for me. It's no wonder I keep coming back. I'm always treated like family.
