In this economy money has been very tight for our family. When we took our car in for repair, we really did not know where the funds would come from to pay for the repair. What a blessing it was to find that the repair was covered under B&C's extensive Warranty. B & C Auto Center's 2 year parts AND Labor Warranty, without a doubt, is the absolute best warranty, for an auto repair shop, on the face of the earth. Their Service Engineers have something that is truly rare in the auto repair industry, and that is integrity and pride, and I am recommending them to all of my friends, family, and associates. All was good. The BMW is running great. When we change the oil, a sticker was put in the window. One other thing though that I'd really like to have done and that is "resetting the oil change light on my dashboard". If that could be done each time I bring the car in for an oil change that would be great.

I called in on Friday, and Steve who is always so accommodating, was able to get me in for an oil change the same day. Sometimes it is difficult to arrange transportation or to be without the car for a day so I was very appreciative that he was so helpful and got the car right in. Thanks to all the mechanics also who always keep me informed.

B&C was highly rated on Yelp, so I felt comfortable taking my car there. They were even better than I had hoped. They reviewed the inspection notes with me and didn't pressure me at all to have additional work done. I'm looking forward to taking our second car back.
