They handled the warranty paperwork and guaranteed the repair. Its hard to find an honest shop these days. I knew what needed to be done with my vehicle prior to taking it there. I knew the error code and they diagnosed it exactly. They did not try to do unnecessary repairs. They even told me if the error comes back to bring it in. I own a 2013 Ford Edge and about 8 months ago, the brake pedal started feeling "spongy." I took it to B&C Auto after a friend's referral and Derek told me it was the ABS module. He said he would try to fix it, but warned me if this didn't work, that Ford didn't make a replacement part anymore. Luckily at that time, Derek worked his magic. However, 8 months later the ABS module did go out on me & I returned to B&C Auto to see if Derek could help because now I was stuck with a car with low miles that was completely undrivable. Derek went above & beyond. He researched several places spending his valuable time and energy, even losing sleep trying to find a ABS module for my Ford. It took 1 1/2 months! So many times he could have told me it wasn't possible, but he never gave up. Today, I have my Ford back & running in great condition thanks to Derek, whom I am forever grateful!
