If you want an honest service team with excellent knowledge and skills, take your car to B&C Auto. I have a 2012 Ford Sedan and started going to their shop when I moved to the area a few years ago. Their reviews were great even back then. Steve and Derek are friendly and efficient and will take time to answer questions in language that a novice can understand. They don't perform unnecessary repairs, and during my first visit Steve explained that "minor" and "major" tuneups indicated in most user manuals don't always apply! B&C seems to decide on a car-by-car basis, which shows their dedication to what's best for the customer. I've owned a car for decades, and no other mechanic has ever made that point.
