I gravitate to straight up and honest. B&C deals with me that way. I know what to expect and they do a professional job of it too. Without "upselling" me on other services they will go the distance and make me an informed customer after they do their inspection of the car after the requested work. I have not dealt with "surprises" and they do keep their promises and call in a timely manner when my car is ready. Steve is a very pleasant and knowledgeable staff member to deal with as a front line member between the customer and the service. Thanks B&C for representing yourself on a professional level.
