B&C auto center has been so great to me. Steve is a good friend of mine and I love coming to chat with him while I get my oil change. Everyone is so friendly and I can definitely trust them to not over charge or make up problems that don't really exist. Thank you guys!

I just turned 84 (and a few weeks ago got my drivers license renewed for 5 more years - God Willing). My milage is extremely low - mostly local shopping - library and to visit a son who lives close by. I have an older Saturn and my monthly milage averages 100 to 150 miles per month. Since my needs are humble and altho my little Saturn is older - I just need reliable transportation. B&C has kept my car going the 5 years I have lived in Willow Glen. The group doesn't over charge me for anything (IMHO). I am an engineer by education and used to rebuild my own cars and am familiar with what goes wrong. The guys know me - are friendly and fun to be around and are always courteous. For my needs which is modest - they keep my bills low and keep me running. They also took care of 2 smog checks that were due along with the license tags.. One was accomplished when it failed elsewhere (before I knew they did those checks). I have been using B&C Auto Center since 2009 for our corporate cars as well as my personal vehicle - they have always been honest and timely, two characteristics which I feel are very important. Oh - and they are also very good at communicating to me if any issues arise.
