I've been a customer of B&C for years because of the trust I have in them - expert service, no BS, no upselling and friendly - they're like neighbors. Derek and Steve are very knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. I typically take both cars to B&C for all services needed. This time it was brakes - turn rotors, new pads and flush/new brake fluid. Great service, and price

Excellent work and they completed the work quickly. Had a metal bar thrown into my radiator on the freeway and it was fixed in one day. They also offered me donuts. Hmmm, donuts.

I love these guys! They are always friendly, caring and available when I need them! I called them at 4:00 pm on a Thursday to ask if they could replace my battery, and they said to bring it on in! They ordered the battery and gave me a ride home (I live fairly close). My car was done at 9:00am the next morning! They picked me up in the morning and I was on the road by 9:30. So appreciative of their quick, professional service!

Always open to make repairs as pleasant as possible. They keep my old car running which saves me $ in the long run. Been going to B&C for many years although I don't see Ron there any more. Maybe he got another job.
