My brother referred my sister and I to B&C years ago. He didn’t steer us wrong. Today I brought my new-used car in and thought Its about time I leave a review…so here it is: TRUSTWORTHY! Exceptional breadth of knowledge, competitive pricing, proficient, personable, professional. Everything you want your mechanic to be.

We took our Prius here a few times and had good service except for our last service we had done there. Had tires rotated and brake diameter checked on brake pads, they did not write down remaining pad width on work order so we know how much life of pad is left and the tire rotation caused a tire to make noise while driving, (not necessarily their fault, could be under rotated tire). The issue we have is they failed to to put air in tires that were low, charged us $95.00 to rotate tires, and over $400.00 to put 4 new spark plugs in, including price of plugs. That is outrageous! Do not thing we will be returning to this service garage as were not happy with service this time.

I took 2 Vehicles in for Servicing, last week, prior to going on a long trip. Once again, I had the pleasure of doing business with Steve. There are, always, monthly Coupons, which Steve accepted for One Vehicle, and gave Me a deal for the other. He and Derek are, always, so pleasant, and willing to work with Me. B&C Auto is awesome. When Steve tells me this is what the cost will be to install new Spark Plugs or new Rear Brakes, he is always right on the mark. Derek and the rest of the crew are friendly, know exactly what they are doing and it doesn't matter what model of vehicle they work on, they always get it done to perfection. I have been taking my vehicles to B&C Auto for a number of years now and they are amazing in what they do. They respect the customer and as well the customer respects them. B&C Auto is the best.
