Can't say enough good things about B & C Auto. Have brought both of our cars here for service. They remember the cars and my name without have to look it up. Do the work cleanly and professionally. Explanations as to what they did and why. Phone call if something changes. They've even explained less expensive options for the needed service.

When I walked into Willow Glen Auto Repair I was at a point of despair. My Lexus which only had 110K miles was running like a beat up old pick up truck.Two other shops had attempted to solve the problem and it was running worse than ever after the work that had been done. After sitting down and talking with Steve and Derrick, I went out with a mechanic to confirm what I was experiencing when driving. They were able to determine what the cause of the problem was on the spot and thoroughly explained what was going on. Both the concern they showed and the confidence they had in their diagnosis was such a breath of fresh air. And sure enough, I got my car back after a couple days running like brand new. They are extraordinarily professional in their mechanic work, wonderfully fair in their pricing, and their customer service is off the charts. I felt like I was being treated like one of their good friends rather than someone on the other side of the counter. I’m a customer for life now.
