It's tough to find a truly great shop out there. As a person who has a high standard for customer service I can say that B and C has the best customer service of just about any business out there. They understand their customers and will do what's right for you and your car. They don't try to slide unnecessary services in for their own profit and benefit, which means if they recommend a service or repair you know it's needed now or soon. I recently moved to Gilroy and will continue to make the trip to have my car maintained by the guys. Keep up the good work B&C!

No problems

The B&C Team did a great job on my car - the timing was horrendous (I brought the car to them the weekend before New Year's), but they rushed to get the job done and had me back on the road before too much time had passed.
