As usual, B&C was quick to identify the problem (an exhaust leak) and make the fix (a simple weld to a broken bracket on the exhaust system. I've always trusted B&C with my cars (a Camry, Subaru, and Dodge Durango).
Fast and courteous customer service. Steve was really friendly and helpful. They were able to repair my starter on time and within their estimate so I wasn't in for a sticker shock. My car runs great and also love the warranty on their work. Will definitely keep coming here for all my automotive repairs.

Always thorough and professional service at B&C. Also, I trust them not to "discover" things wrong with my cars just to jack up their income, a problem I'd had elsewhere.

It's tough to find a truly great shop out there. As a person who has a high standard for customer service I can say that B and C has the best customer service of just about any business out there. They understand their customers and will do what's right for you and your car. They don't try to slide unnecessary services in for their own profit and benefit, which means if they recommend a service or repair you know it's needed now or soon. I recently moved to Gilroy and will continue to make the trip to have my car maintained by the guys. Keep up the good work B&C!
