B & C Auto is really caring and professional. Derrick and Steve have helped us to understand any problem that may arise and use common sense. I do not know how I did not bring our vehicles to them sooner ! Glad to do it now ! All I can say is I am glad they will be taking car of my vehicle from now on ! Thanks to all.

My experience is to make initial phone contact, drop off vehicle, get precise assessment of problem and cost to fix, agree to the proposal and pick up car in preordained time with concise comprehensive report with future suggestions for remedial actions. Could not be more simple, efficient and transparent. Very pleased.
