As always over the years...excellent trustworthy service delivered promptly and with courtesy. I never have to worry about being "sold" something I ( or my car) does not legitimately need. The service is always explained, discussed, and questions addressed prior to service as well as advance notice given as to upcoming services and costs...very helpful in budgeting for the future!

Their attention to detail was great, they noticed another issue other than the service we had asked for. They contacted me told me cost what was wrong and advised what would happen if we chose to fix it later. We had them fix it now the price was what they quoted and the car was finished when they said it would be. I trust B&C auto with my family cars and my work van.

A previous shop left my friend's car not running :-( I took my friend's car to B&C for a second opinion. They diagnosed the problem quickly and now the car is running great again! The previous shop was treating symptoms, so the problem came back soon after driving it off their lot. However, B&C found the root cause and performed the correct repair. The previous shop had the car for 3 weeks and couldn't fix it properly. B&C had it for less than 2 days and it's running perfectly now. I'm a happy and loyal customer!
