Honest, friendly, fair, & responsive. I typically get a reminder call/ email about an appointment I have coming up well in advance. If I need to speak to someone, I know I can always contact them during business hours and will get a prompt response. When I've got an issue with my vehicle, they'll explain what the issue is, the possible causes, and how to treat it. I've had work done that was still under their warranty, and they made sure to stand by their warranty and take of it, even though it may have been a part-issue more than a service issue. In addition to the vehicles they service, they care about the folks behind the wheels of those vehicles. You can tell from the 600+ positive reviews they've acquired.
