I just came in for a simple oil change, something they did promptly, while I waited. Since I had a discount coupon, it was inexpensive, and never did they pressure me to do other work, thus jacking up my cost. (They did recommend a service on my next visit, which was nice, as it gives me time to consider it and be ready for it, rather than being slammed while I was there expecting the low cost. Hooray for them!) The whole experience was very pleasant, and I will be back for sure.

I wish my family would treat me as well as the guys at B and C! From my first phone interaction, through dropping off my car and being given a ride way out to my office in Los Gatos, I was impressed at how professional, competent and downright friendly every person I met there was. Even their restroom was impeccable. I definitely will be back when it's time for my "baby's " next visit!
