I talked to Derick and Stephen regarding a fob issue. I was told to come in anytime that day and to start with the battery replacement before we jumped to any serious conclusion. I appreciate there suggestion by process of illimination instead of jumping to the worse possible scenario. I feel they have my best interest at heart

Good Friendly staff, knowledgeable about BMW's for the most part. Small family owned spot that is trye to there customers. They also called me a week later to make sure everything was running great and to make sure i was satisfied with my service. I never had a service shop EVER call me back to see how i was doing after taking inn the vehicle. Recommend the place for anyone. Its not over priced like most shops but they are very friendly and have a great team. Thanks. Martin.

B & C was awesome, they called me everyday to let me know how things were progressing on my car. The problem with my car was the battery was bad and because it was not even 2 years old, Steve call the place where I had purchased it from and got them to cover it under warranty. They were honest, very, very nice and the price for everything they did was very, very reasonable. I will be taking my car there from now on, for anything. They go the extra mile to please their customers.
